01 — Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Cipher Signal Labs. Please read these Terms carefully, because they form a binding agreement between you ("You") and Cipher Signal Labs, Inc. ("Cipher Signal Labs" or "We"). These Terms govern your use of any websites that link to them (the "Sites"). "Sites" includes the services offered on those sites, including any AI Agents. By using or logging into the Sites, you automatically agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Statement.

02 — Use of the Platform

You may use the platform only for lawful purposes that do not infringe the rights of others. You may not transmit harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content. Cipher Signal Labs reserves the sole discretion to determine what conduct is inappropriate and to take down Content, terminate accounts, prohibit use of the Sites, and pursue legal action.

To create an account, you must be at least 18 years of age, and you must provide truthful and accurate user information and not impersonate any person or entity. You are responsible for keeping your account information updated. You may not share your account, you must keep your password confidential, and you must notify your system administrator if your account is compromised.

Cipher Signal Labs reserves the right to modify the Sites at any time, with or without notice, including adding, removing, or suspending features. If you disagree with any changes, you may stop using the Sites.

You may post content (text, photos, videos, and the like), including content submitted to an Agent ("Content"), only if you own the rights to that Content or have permission to post it. Posting Content does not transfer ownership. By posting Content, you grant Cipher Signal Labs and its agents and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive right to reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, modify, create derivative works of, exhibit, and otherwise use that Content. You agree to indemnify, release, and hold Cipher Signal Labs harmless from any liability arising from Content you post. Any other communications you send to Cipher Signal Labs are not confidential and may be reproduced, used, disclosed, and distributed without obligation, unless stated otherwise. Cipher Signal Labs is not responsible for Content posted by other users and excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from it.

03 — AI Agents

The Agents made available on the Sites are designed to provide helpful information, answer common questions, and offer support related to each event based on available knowledge. While accuracy is a goal, AI is fallible, and Agents may occasionally provide incorrect, outdated, or incomplete information. Please verify critical details independently before making decisions.

04 — Eligibility

Participation in Events requires you to be at least 18 years of age.

05 — Competition and Prizes

All competitions on the Sites are free to enter. Prizes, where offered, are provided by event Sponsors and are subject to separate Sponsor Terms. Cipher Signal Labs is not responsible for the fulfillment of sponsor-funded prizes.

06 — Intellectual Property

Your use of the Site does not confer ownership of any intellectual property rights in the content you access. You may not use Site content without permission from Cipher Signal Labs or the rights owner, except as permitted by law. If you believe Content on the Site infringes your copyrights, you may request that it be removed or that access to it be disabled.

07 — Limitation of Liability

Cipher Signal Labs provides the Sites using a commercially reasonable level of care.

OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS, NEITHER CIPHER SIGNAL LABS, INC. NOR ITS AGENTS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS (THE "SERVICES ENTITIES") MAKE ANY SPECIFIC PROMISES ABOUT THE SITES, INCLUDING AS TO THEIR CONTENT, FUNCTION, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR YOUR NEEDS. THE SITES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ENTITIES DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ENTITIES EXCLUDE ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, COMPUTER FAILURE, OR VIOLATION OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

08 — Changes to These Terms

Cipher Signal Labs may modify these Terms at any time, so you should check back regularly. Your continued use of, or login to, the Sites after changes are made constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using or logging into the Sites.
