01 — Acceptance of terms
Placeholder. By accessing or using Cipher Signal Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

02 — Use of the platform
Placeholder. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use the platform to transmit harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content.

03 — Eligibility
Placeholder. You must be at least 13 years of age to participate in Cipher Signal Labs events. Certain prize-eligible competitions may require participants to be 18 or older, or have parental consent where applicable.
04 — Competitions and prizes
Placeholder. All competitions on Cipher Signal Labs are free to enter. Prizes, where offered, are provided by event sponsors and are subject to separate sponsor terms. Cipher Signal Labs is not responsible for the fulfillment of sponsor-provided prizes.
Placeholder. Decisions regarding competition results are final. Any attempt to manipulate scores or circumvent puzzle mechanics will result in disqualification.
05 — Intellectual property
Placeholder. All puzzles, content, and materials on the platform are the property of Cipher Signal Labs or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
06 — Limitation of liability
Placeholder. Cipher Signal Labs is provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
07 — Changes to these terms
Placeholder. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the “Last modified” date at the top of this page whenever changes are made.
